business hours:

accepted payment methods:
We accept MasterCard and Visa payments over the phone (and the web very soon). We also accept personal checks, but orders will be shipped after a check is received.
shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from Hoover, Alabama. UPS Ground is our preferred method, but you may also choose UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, or USPS Priority. You will receive an e-mail including the tracking number when your order is shipped.
sales tax:
We are required by law to charge 9% sales tax to orders being shipped to Alabama addresses only.
custom design:
This is the fun part. Working with a client and coming up with something unique for them is very satisfying. We can do just about anything, so please call to discuss what we can design for you. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a proof has already been produced on any custom design but without the client's approval. If there has been an approval and the job has been sent to the printer, then the client will be charged 100% of the order.
proofs:
A free e-mail PDF proof will be sent on any personalized or custom design order. You will receive up to three proofs free. Any additional proofs required will result in an additional fee. If an e-mail address is not supplied, then the proof will be mailed for a small fee. Please review the proof carefully to ensure accuracy, and reply by e-mail or by fax with changes or an approval. All approvals must be in writing.
gift certificates:
We offer gift certificates at any amount. A personalized, handwritten note will accompany the certificate if mailed. You may also choose to have the certificate sent by e-mail. Please call or e-mail liliacards@bellsouth.net to place an order.
color accuracy:
Although we have done the best that we can to display accurate colors for our cards, all monitors vary in their color display.
return policy:
We want you to be thrilled with your order, but if you are not satisfied then we will exchange or refund (less shipping costs). Contact us at liliacards@bellsouth.net within 15 days of receipt. Any sales items or personalized products are the only exceptions which are final sales.
privacy:
Your privacy is greatly important to us, and therefore are treated like we would want to be treated. Your information will not be shared with anyone. It is for our records only.
security:
When you purchase products on our website, all of your contact and credit card information is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and the secure protocol HTTPs. We use Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1 for our certificates.
